Key Responsibilities Oversee and maintain plumbing systems across the wine farm and hospitality facilities Conduct fault‑finding, repairs, and preventative maintenance on water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems Install; service, and maintain geysers, pumps, and water filtration systems Support hybrid water systems, including boreholes, reservoirs, and greywater recycling where applicable Ensure compliance with plumbing safety standards and regulations Liaise with contractors and service providers for specialised repairs and projects Assist with general lodge and property maintenance when required Maintain accurate records of plumbing work, inspections, and compliance checks Provide technical support to other departments, ensuring minimal downtime of systems ✅ Minimum Requirements Recognised plumbing qualification (trade test or equivalent strongly preferred) Minimum 5 years’ experience in plumbing maintenance, ideally within hospitality or commercial environments Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills Experience with water filtration, pumps, and greywater systems advantageous Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Excellent organisational and communication skills Valid driver’s licence essential Contactable references required ✨ Ideal Candidate A reliable and professional plumber with strong technical expertise, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to ensure smooth operations across a luxury wine farm property. ? ?
