Job Summary
Family owned business that operate 5 independent companies from the one site are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join their team. Incumbent must be fully proficient in Excel and Sage Pastel. Duties include:
- Capture accurate receipting daily, reconcile creditors weekly for payments
- Producing invoicing monthly and issue statements
- Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of the companies
- Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and annually)
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up with creditors and debtors
Knowledge and skills in:
- GL Reconciliations
- Internal controls
- Journals
- VAT
- Must be detail orientated and have the ability to work unsupervised
Please note that this role is based in New Hanover, own reliable transport would be essential.
