??? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with a well-established boutique hotel and spa in the scenic KZN Midlands to recruit an energetic and guest-focused ????????? ???? & ???????? ??????? This role is well suited to a hands-on hospitality professional with a genuine passion for food, beverage, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will assist the F&B Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, conferencing, and functions, while leading a team committed to service excellence. Working closely with the F&B Manager and broader operations team, the role involves managing daily floor and bar operations, coordinating functions and events, maintaining brand and service standards, and ensuring a consistently high-quality dining experience for all guests. The successful candidate will take an active role in staff supervision and development, scheduling, stock control, and supplier liaison, while supporting management with reporting and administrative functions relating to the F&B department. A strong focus on guest satisfaction, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential. The role requires flexibility across shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in line with the hospitality environment. Requirements • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or upmarket restaurant environment • Previous supervisory or junior management experience in an F&B setting • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including wine and cocktail knowledge • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, professional demeanour • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Solid understanding of stock control, ordering, and basic F&B administration • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required Salary – R9,000 – R15,000 per month (DOE) Start – ASAP ➡️ PLEASE NOTE – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
