Job Summary
Duties:
Develop and implement marketing strategies for outlets in Bahrain and international
Create and manage visual content: graphic design, photography, videography and other multimedia for campaigns.
Manage social media presence and run paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Plan and oversee in-store and digital promotions, product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and audience insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Collaborate with culinary, operations and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging globally.
Track and report marketing performance, ROI, and KPIs across all outlets.
Manage marketing budgets and relationships with agencies, vendors and media partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Media, Design, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in multi-brand or international roles.
Hands-on expertise in graphic designing, social media, photography, videography, content creation and running digital ads.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media strategy.
Proven track record of successful campaigns across multiple markets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for F&B and hospitality.
