They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organised Event Sales Coordinator to join their talented team.

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to quickly understand and interpret client requirements
- Comfortable working with quotations, pricing structures, profit margins, and event budgets
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems
- Experience in a similar sales, events, or coordination role will be advantageous
- Excellent planning, coordination, and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to client enquiries and convert leads into bookings
- Prepare accurate quotations and event proposals
- Follow up on quotations and maintain client relationships
- Manage event bookings and coordinate with operations teams
- Monitor sales targets and profitability of events
- Assist with budgeting and cost calculations
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
