Hospitality and Outdoor- New Vacancy- Executive Marketing and Estate Sale Director Wine Estate- Franschoek To lead, refine, and execute the Estate’s marketing and estate sales strategy, driving occupancy, revenue growth, and brand positioning across all estate offerings (accommodation, events, venue hire, hospitality experiences, tourism partnerships and wine). Requirements · 10+ years senior marketing and/or commercial leadership experience- Essential · Proven ability to drive revenue growth · Degree or similar in Sales & Marketing or Hotel Management- Preferred · Creative thinker with a flair for original ideas and strategic execution Ability to work under pressure, pursue leads, and overcome obstacles · Ability to travel regularly · Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) Responsibilities (Summary) • Develop and own the Estate Marketing Strategy whilst overseeing and providing advice on the wine marketing strategy. • Refine positioning of the estate within the Western Cape luxury/tourism/events landscape • Give strategic guidance into property development • Align marketing strategy with occupancy and revenue targets • Define clear customer segments (corporate retreats, tourism operators, high-net-worth guests, etc.) • Oversee content, campaigns, PR, and brand storytelling • Proactively pursue new commercial opportunities • Personally engage in high-level negotiations • Identify and convert key accounts • Take responsibility for estate-related revenue growth • Build sales forecasting models • Track and manage booking pipeline • Identify new revenue-generating estate experiences • Develop campaign concepts tied to estate seasons/events • Oversee visual identity, tone, and guest journey alignment • Lead internal marketing and reservations resources • Manage agencies and external suppliers • Ensure high standards of execution and organization • Operate with urgency and accountability Package on offer · R Highly Negotiable and based on experience Starting Date: May/June 2026
