Floor Supervisor | Dubai | French Cafe We are looking for FLOOR SUPERVISOR for a famous, globally recognized French luxury café brand situated at the heart of Dubai, UAE. The Role As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating daily shift operations, mentoring service staff, and ensuring guests receive a seamless, high-touch luxury experience. You will act as the bridge between the team and management, always maintaining impeccable brand standards on the floor. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Supervise the front-of-house team during shifts to ensure smooth service flow, proper table rotations, and strict adherence to luxury service protocols. Guest Relations: Maintain a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests, handling feedback professionally, and resolving any issues swiftly to guarantee complete satisfaction. Staff Training & Development: Support the onboarding and continuous training of waitstaff, ensuring the team possesses deep knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and brand standards. Quality Control: Oversee the opening, closing, and side-station setups, ensuring the venue remains immaculately presented according to global luxury brand guidelines. What Our Client Is Looking For Experience: Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or Senior Captain within a luxury café, high-end restaurant, or premium 5-star hospitality setting. Leadership Style: An energetic, supportive, and organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example. Presentation & Grooming: Immaculate personal presentation and an elegant professional demeanor suitable for a world-class luxury brand. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. What’s on Offer Salary: Tax-free total salary of 7;500 AED per month. Tips & Incentives: Additional monthly tips (~AED 200) plus performance-based incentives/bonuses on hitting targets. Relocation Support: Relocation flight ticket provided, plus 30 days of company accommodation upon arrival to support your transition. Comprehensive Benefits: Employment visa, medical insurance, and an annual flight ticket home. Schedule: 6 working days, 1 day off per week.
