ABOUT POSITION: A Game Lodge in the Hoedspruit region is seeking an experienced and dynamic Front of House / Guide Couple to join the team. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on couple with strong complementary skills in guest services, lodge administration, and guiding. The successful couple will be passionate about hospitality and the bush, with a strong focus on guest experience, seamless operations, and maintaining high lodge standards. PLEASE NOTE: • Only couple applications will be considered • Do not apply if you do not meet the requirements REQUIREMENT: • RSA ID and valid work permits (if applicable) • Previous lodge or safari experience essential • Strong guest relations and communication skills • Ability to work well as a team • Valid Driver’s License essential Front of House: • Strong hospitality, reservations, or front office experience • Responsible for managing guest bookings and reservations (phone, email, and online platforms) • Coordinate guest arrivals and departures • Maintain accurate booking records and reservation administration • Liaise with housekeeping and operations to ensure seamless guest stays • Greet guests warmly and provide lodge/activity information • Professionally manage guest queries, requests, and concerns • Strong communication, organisation, and customer-focused attitude Guide / Ranger: • FGASA Level 1 or 2 (essential) • Valid PDP • First Aid certification • Rifle competency and advanced rifle handling • Experience in bush walks, game drives, and guest hosting • Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge • General camp maintenance KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Deliver exceptional guest experiences • Manage front office operations, reservations, and guest relations • Conduct game drives and bush walks • Coordinate guest activities and hosting experiences • Maintain vehicles, lodge, and equipment • Work together to ensure smooth lodge operations • Uphold lodge standards at all times PACKAGE: • Market-related salary negotiable depending on experience and qualifications • 3 weeks on / 1 week off • 21 Annual Leave days • Provident Fund • Couples accommodation provided • 3 Meals included LOCATION: Hoedspruit Region – Limpopo
