This role is ideal for someone who can set the culinary direction, maintain impeccable standards, and ensure every dish served delights guests, while mentoring and supporting a hands-on kitchen team. ? Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver consistently outstanding cuisine • Oversee menu creation, planning, and seasonal specials • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene • Manage kitchen inventory, stock control, and supplier relationships • Mentor, train, and motivate staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment • Ensure smooth daily kitchen operations and resolve any challenges proactively • Uphold all health, safety, and operational standards ? Requirements • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in luxury lodges, hotels, or high-end restaurants • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach in the kitchen • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities • Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for food excellence • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks • Professionalism with a guest-focused approach • Comfortable working in a remote, live-in environment ?
