Role Overview: A senior culinary leadership role responsible for managing all kitchen operations, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional dining experiences within a luxury wine farm hospitality environment. ? Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation • Drive performance, efficiency, and profitability across the kitchen • Minimise waste and maximise operational efficiency • Oversee food production and service to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue • Manage stock control, inventory, and secure storage systems • Monitor and control food costs in line with budget targets • Assist in preparing operational and capital expenditure budgets • Implement strong financial and operational control measures • Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and kitchen standards • Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen brigade to high performance standards • Conduct staff performance reviews and identify training needs • Oversee kitchen cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness • Manage stock takes and ensure accuracy of reporting • Handle guest dietary requirements and bespoke culinary requests • Review guest feedback and implement service improvements • Collaborate with maintenance teams for kitchen functionality • Manage disciplinary procedures in line with company policies • Foster strong team culture and cross-departmental collaboration ? Requirements: • Minimum 10 years’ kitchen experience with leadership exposure • Culinary qualification (Diploma/Degree advantageous) • Strong experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining • Proven ability in menu development and kitchen management • Strong administrative and operational discipline ?
