Job Summary
An established and busy dental practice in Pretoria Central, Gauteng is seeking an experienced, HPCSA-Registered Dentist to join its clinical team on a permanent basis. This position is well suited to a Dentist with private practice experience who is looking to grow their career in a professional, patient-focused environment with excellent earning potential.
The Opportunity
Permanent appointment
Immediate start available
Based in Pretoria Central, Gauteng
Approximately 140–160 working hours per month
Flexible working schedule
Saturday shifts on a rotational basis
Remuneration
Commission-based earnings ranging from 33% to 50% of turnover
Commission is paid on all patients treated, regardless of whether accounts have been settled
No deductions for bad debts
Candidate Requirements
Current HPCSA registration
Minimum of 1–2 years' private practice experience (essential)
Professional malpractice/indemnity insurance
Excellent communication skills and a patient-centred approach
Practice Support
Dedicated Dental Assistant provided
Dentists manage their own billing
GoodX practice management software
