Cape Town | Competitive Salary DOE Kendrick Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Agent Relationship Manager to join a leading luxury safari travel business, focusing on the Southern Africa market. This is a commercially driven role suited to a confident relationship builder with a strong background in luxury travel and destination management. ✨ What they will be doing * Driving new business development across Southern Africa * Identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential trade partners * Re-activating dormant accounts and building long-term, value-driven relationships * Promoting a full-service destination management and safari planning offering * Attending trade shows, roadshows, and key industry events * Managing and growing existing agent relationships through training, support, and strategic collaboration * Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance * Delivering market insights, reports, and business reviews ? What they are looking for * Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the African travel industry * Strong B2B sales and relationship management experience * Proven ability to sell complex, high-end travel or destination management services * Solid knowledge of the Southern African safari trade landscape * Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills * Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint * Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret reports and insights * Passion for conservation-led travel and high professional integrity ?
