Job Summary
A well-established Periodontal Dental Practice in Pretoria East is seeking an experienced and professional Dental Assistant to join their team from October 2027.
The successful candidate will assist in a specialised periodontal environment and should be confident, organised, and comfortable working in a busy clinical setting.
Requirements:
HPCSA Registration as a Dental Assistant
Previous dental assisting experience is essential
Experience in a periodontal practice would be advantageous
Surgical dental assisting experience would be beneficial
Experience with the Exact billing system would be advantageous
Experience with Carestream would be beneficial
Professional, well-presented and confident
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:00
Salary: Approximately R25,000 gross per month, depending on experience.
Starting Date: October 2026
