What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in agency or specialist recruitment.
- Proven business development and placement track record.
- Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach.
- Resilience, competitiveness, and excellent communication skills.
- A relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous).
