What you will do:
· Identify automation opportunities and help shape our future RPA landscape
· Design, model, and document dynamic RPA solution specifications
· Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
· Champion process optimisation and continuous improvement across the organisation
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact automation solutions Provide expert advice and support, ensuring long-term sustainability of RPA initiatives
· Influence stakeholders and help embed new thinking and innovation
· Ensure governance, quality, and compliance in all delivered work
Requirements
What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who is both analytical and innovative, with a strong automation mindset:
· Diploma in Business Analysis or relevant bachelor’s degree
· 4–6 years’ experience in business analysis or a similar environment
· 2–3 years’ experience specialising in RPA solutions
· Strong proficiency in process modelling tools
· Ability to write clear, comprehensive functional specifications
· Exposure to RPA platforms — especially Microsoft Power Platform
