Maintenance & Facilities Manager – H26033
Based: Groblersbrug, Limpopo
Salary: (R20 000 – R24 000)
Requirements and Duties:
- Oversee full maintenance operations of a lodge property
- Ensure buildings, infrastructure & grounds meet top hospitality standards
- Manage preventative & reactive maintenance schedules
- Supervise maintenance teams & external contractors
- Allocate tasks, manage rosters & provide training
- Handle procurement, stock control & supplier management
- Monitor budgets & control maintenance costs
- Ensure compliance with OHSA, fire safety & environmental regulations
- Oversee landscaping, waste management & sustainability initiatives
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance concerns
- Minimise downtime & ensure seamless guest experiences
- Proven maintenance management experience (hospitality preferred)
- Strong electrical, plumbing & building systems knowledge
- Valid driver’s license & flexible availability required
