Requirements
Experience & Qualification- 3–5 years' management experience within an FMCG environment.
- Strong computer literacy and confidence working with business systems and data.
- Excellent strategic decision-making skills.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Proven leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier-management capabilities.
- Strong commercial and entrepreneurial thinking.\
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to build relationships and work effectively across different teams.
- A collaborative, hands-on approach and a strong team mentality.
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Management, Procurement or a related field.
- Strong exposure to FMCG buying/procurement.
- Experience managing supplier negotiations and commercial agreements.
- Experience working with retailers and understanding their requirements.
- A strong understanding of pricing, margins, promotions and stock management.
- Experience driving product development or new product initiatives.
