Competitive salary packages are offered based on experience and qualifications. ✅ Job Requirements & Description Manage daily operations of the luxury lodge, restaurant, and shop Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high hospitality standards Oversee staff management, scheduling, and training Handle reservations, guest relations, and lodge administration Supervise farm operations including crop and livestock management Coordinate farm staff and ensure productivity targets are met Assist with factory operations where required Maintain equipment, facilities, and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards Work collaboratively as a management team to achieve business goals Package: R15;000 - R25,000 per person depending on experience & qualification Start Date: ASAP
