SPA THERAPIST
SANDOWN - Milnerton (Western-Cape) - South Africa
STARTING DATE: 01 December 2025
REPORTS to: Spa Manager / CEO
EMPLOYMENT: Full Time
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Sunday
- 09:00 - 18:00
- Days off (including 1x weekend per month)
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- R7,000 - R7,500 Basic per month (Based on experience)
- Treatment Commission
- Retail Commission
- Incentives and performance bonuses
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation
- DIPLOMA Beauty Specialist / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology
- Fit and healthy to perform therapies back to back
- Confident retailer - this is essential
- Reliable transport
EXPERIENCE:
- Spa Therapist experience within a Day Spa or Cruise Ship Spa employment experience
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI):
- Confident and skilled in all standard SPA services (Body & Massage Therapy, Skin Care & Facials, Mani & Pedicure, Waxing)
- Ability to effectively prescribe relevant home care to clients accordingly
- Retail confident
- Confidently re-book clients where applicable
- Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision
