A managerial position for the Industrial Skills Development Business Portfolio in the Human Capital Business Unit based in Lephalale has become available. The incumbent will oversee the complete training centre operations which includes learnership training, apprentice training, trade testing, artisan, technician training, SHEQ training as well as mobile equipment operator training and licensing.
The training centre manages both large scale training project implementations as well as practical and classroom based operation. The centre holds a number of SETA accreditations and is operated as College for Further Education and Training
TECHNICAL / LEGAL CERTIFICATION:
The managerial position requires an Operations Manager responsible for managing a number of skills development service offerings. The individual will be responsible to ensure the professional running of a fully accredited training and trade testing centre, lead client engagements to attract and maintain a sound customer base, and to ensure service delivery by developing and maintaining best practise. The managerial role involves responsibilities covering operations, sales with a strong focus on business development capability and marketing as well as finance.
