We are seeking an experienced Networking Managed Services Engineer (L3) to provide high-level managed services, ensuring reliable infrastructure performance for clients. This role focuses on proactively identifying and resolving technical issues, maintaining service quality, and delivering advanced problem-solving expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, install, test, and maintain client infrastructure.
Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and resolve incidents promptly.
Investigate and resolve complex technical problems, escalating when necessary.
Provide onsite and field engineering support.
Conduct quality reviews and recommend improvements.
Identify opportunities for automation and work optimization.
Participate in or lead technology-related projects.
Support and perform disaster recovery activities.
Document updates and maintain required records.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior networking or managed services role.
Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and execution.
