Job Summary
We’re looking for a Senior Strategy Analyst to join our Corporate & Investment Banking team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning data and ideas into actionable strategies, engaging with senior leaders, and helping shape the future direction of our business.
What You’ll Do

Support and drive CIB’s long- and short-term strategy development.

Work with senior leadership as a trusted advisor on strategic matters.

Facilitate brainstorming and strategy workshops across the business.

Analyse data and market trends, providing insights and recommendations.

Monitor and report on the impact of strategic initiatives.

Act as custodian of strategic messaging across internal and external platforms.

Build strong relationships across CIB, Group, and the CEO’s office to ensure alignment.
What We’re Looking For

3–5 years’ experience in strategy, consulting, or banking.

Strong background in analysis, research, and data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to influence at all levels.

Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

A collaborative mindset and strong business acumen.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Science, Engineering, or related).

MBA or CFA advantageous.
