Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end upgrade of our client’s SAP ECC6 system to SAP S/4HANA (RISE with SAP – Private Cloud Edition). This high-impact role also encompasses the implementation of several cloud-based SAP solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors, GRC, and Ariba.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience overseeing complex SAP programmes, leading multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams, and delivering results within enterprise-level digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of the SAP S/4HANA programme, including planning, execution, and go-live support.
  

• Oversee the implementation of additional SAP solutions such as SuccessFactors, GRC, and Ariba.
  

• Manage programme governance, reporting, stakeholder communication, and escalation processes.
  

• Coordinate and supervise a team of Project Managers and functional/technical consultants across multiple SAP modules.
  

• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and SAP best practices, particularly using SAP Activate methodology.
  

• Monitor programme budgets, resource allocation, risk, and milestone achievement.
  

• Engage with executive and senior stakeholders to provide updates, mitigate issues, and ensure value delivery.
  

• Drive change management, user adoption, and communication strategies across business units.
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience as a Programme Manager overseeing large-scale SAP implementation projects.
  

• Proven experience delivering at least six (6) full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
  

• Strong track record of leading cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams, including direct management of Project Managers.
  

• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules across Finance, Logistics, and Human Capital Management (HCM).
  

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Private Edition) transformation programmes.
  

• Exceptional programme governance, stakeholder engagement, and reporting capabilities.
  

• Proficiency in risk management, budget tracking, and milestone delivery.
  

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Certifications (Mandatory):

• SAP Activate Certification
  

• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
  

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience with RISE with SAP model.
  

• Familiarity with SAP cloud services integration (e.g., BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud).
  

• Background in managing transformation programmes in sectors such as utilities, public sector, or finance.
