PBT Group is looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Specialist to join a high-performing enterprise integration environment within a large-scale transformation programme.

This role is ideal for a technically strong integration specialist with deep Oracle ecosystem experience across Oracle Fusion, HCM, ERP, EBS, and SOA environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting scalable integrations across cloud and on-premise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen3)
• Implement Fusion HCM – EBS Payroll coexistence integrations
• Develop and manage bulk data load frameworks using HDL/HSDL and Fast Formulas
• Build and maintain real-time and batch integrations across internal and external systems
• Develop outbound integrations for third-party platforms
• Configure scheduled integrations and file-based processing
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues
• Support CI/CD processes, deployments, and release management
• Ensure integration scalability, reliability, and performance optimisation
• Apply API governance, integration standards, and security best practices
• Maintain technical documentation including mappings, solution designs, and operational runbooks

Core Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen2/Gen3) experience
• Solid Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP integration experience
• Experience integrating Oracle EBS / SOA environments
• Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and XSLT
• Experience with:
  • HDL / HSDL
  • HCM Extracts
  • Fast Formulas
  • UCM / FBDI
  • CSV/XML file processing
• Experience with API-led and event-driven integration architectures
• Knowledge of security standards including PGP, SSL/TLS, payload encryption, and secure file transfer
• Experience with BI Publisher (BIP)
• Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and performance tuning skills

Preferred Certifications

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Professional
• OCI Associate Certification
• Oracle HCM Certifications (advantageous)
• Oracle AI Certifications (advantageous)
