As the ABM & Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing targeted lead generation campaigns. Your expertise in creating high-quality, relevant data lists, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and nurture sequences will be critical. Working closely with our team of specialists, you will ensure the quality and relevance of leads before outreach and continually optimize campaigns for performance.
- Research and build high-quality, targeted prospect lists that align with our ideal customer profile.
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly.ai, and other data platforms to identify potential leads.
- Write compelling, brand-aligned email copy tailored to each audience segment.
- Manage outreach campaigns through tools like HubSpot, Instantly.ai, or similar platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for open rates, response rates, and conversions.
- Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach strategies to engage with prospects meaningfully.
- Craft personalized connection requests, messages, and follow-ups.
- Design and implement automated and manual nurture sequences to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Regularly review and refine sequences based on engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with specialists to vet lead quality and relevance before outreach.
- Provide feedback to refine targeting criteria and improve lead generation outcomes over time.
- Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Maintain a continuous improvement approach to all lead generation activities.
- Ensure all communication reflects our brand voice and values.
- Maintain a focus on quality over quantity in lead generation efforts.
