Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general support in care giving tasks, including assisting clients with daily activities.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry as needed.
- Ensure clients’ comfort and well-being, offering friendly and compassionate assistance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a care giving or general support role is a plus, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Flexibility and reliability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending as necessary.
