JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Hotline Support (Call Center Agent)
DEPARTMENT/LOCATION: Johannesburg, South Africa
- 1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will be the part of Africa Call center service department. The daily works are as following:
- Answer the phone call to support client to solve technical issues like password reset, device operation, basic troubleshooting, etc;
- Reply emails from clients for technical questions;
- Self-learning and operating products to improve technical knowledge base;
- Output the review presentation and how to files or videos as the team sharing files.
- SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Have basic knowledge of internet;
- At least 2 years call center experiences and know how to handle different clients politely;
- Familiar with Microsoft software like word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
- Similar working experiences in CCTV industry will be advantage.
- PERSONAL REQUIREMENT
- South Africa citizen or South Africa Permanent Resident
- Hold valid Passport
- Fluent with English and other language (French) will be advantage
- Strong analytical ability

- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills, both orally and in writing

Salary: R11000 or above
