Job Summary
Our client provides software solutions for network management and requires an experienced Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to join their Development Team.
The duties of this position includes but are not limited to:
- Ensuring the building and implementation of a well structured Agile working framework for targeted teams in complex technological environment,
- Participation in the adoption of an agile dev-ops culture in the company,
- Planning, coordinating, organising and tracking projects of all sizes from conception through to implementation,
- Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups,
- Track the velocity of each sprint team as well as individuals over time and provide input on improvements that can be made,
- Facilitate improved collaborations between teams and individuals to improve value delivery,
- Manage the cadence of software releases and release notes, and communicate to relevant parties,
- Keep the groomed backlog up to date and continually interact with stakeholders,
The Qualifications and Experience Required:
- PMP / CSM / Project Management / Agile Certification or equivalent training required,
- 3+ years experience in relevant consulting or industry experience required,
- A Tertiary Degree / Diploma in a related field such as MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience will be advantageous,
- An Understanding of Fiber Network Industry will be advantageous,
- Knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence will be advantageous,
