Key Responsibilities
- Analyse hospital pricing and tariffs, with a focus on developing and evaluating ARM structures
- Produce reports to monitor the effectiveness and performance of ARM arrangements
- Assess and track key risks related to hospital event costs
- Deliver profitability analysis across medical schemes and contract types
- Provide clear, data‑driven insights to support pricing and business decision‑making
- Support the actuarial team through advanced data analysis and statistical reporting
Job Experience and Skills Required
Education- Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics
- AMASSA qualification or strong actuarial exam progress
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within the healthcare or medical schemes environment
- Exposure to hospital pricing, tariffs, or reimbursement models
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving capability
- Advanced Excel and strong data handling skills
- Experience working with databases and statistical analysis tools
- High attention to detail with a proactive and driven mindset
- Healthcare sector experience
- Actuarial exam progress
