Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and organised Reservations Manager for a luxury safari estate in Hazyview, Mpumalanga.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all reservations operations and ensure efficient management of bookings.

Manage enquiries, bookings, amendments and cancellations across all reservation channels.

Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure all guest information is up to date.

Monitor occupancy, room availability and rates to maximise revenue.

Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators and guests.

Lead, train and support the reservations team.

Ensure professional communication and exceptional service throughout the booking process.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a Reservations Manager or senior reservations role within luxury hospitality.

Previous experience in a luxury lodge, safari estate or high-end hotel environment.

Strong knowledge of reservations systems and booking platforms.

Excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills.

Good understanding of rates, occupancy management and revenue optimisation.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

A professional, guest-focused approach and strong leadership abilities.
