Our client in the Telecommunications Industry is looking for a Service Delivery Manager
Position Overview: • The SDM will be responsible to ensure that all SLAs are met for our service and support contracts. SDM must maintain communication with clients and prepare and present service reports. • Timely service delivery of customer solutions, accurate reporting, effective communication, team management and building solid relationships
Key Responsibilities: • Management of service delivery cycle • Management of service assurance cycle • Monitor overall performance of services and timelines to deliver • Ensure efficient handover process between sales, procurement and finance • Manage 3rd Party provider service delivery • Establish long term relationship between yourself and the customer - driving customer loyalty Proactively looking at ways to increase efficiency or save costs • Relevant reporting on process • Incident & Request Tracking • Stock Management • Account Management
Minimum Requirements: • Grade 12 Essential • Telecoms industry experience non-negotiable (at least 4 years) • Project Management & Service Management qualification / certification • Solid understanding of Project Delivery cycle • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively with a team and customers Good verbal and written communication skills • Code B driver's license required • Effective interpersonal and communication skills Analytical and strategic mind • Customer driven
