Your remit is to manage the global transitioning from fragmented, reactive company to a process-based, data-driven, and scalable delivery model.
Initiatives to be implemented include, but are not limited to Tax, Treasury, Legal (Contracts), Client onboarding, Compliance, Capacity management, Governance, Performance Management, WOW, Ticket Management, CRM etc. The role will be in SA (hybrid) but you will be required to travel to operations in Central Africa, Europe and Asia.
Note the contract could be as long as 18 months and spans local (SSA) and global geographies, hence travel will be required.

Ideally your experience is in one of the Big Banks, Fintech, Mobile Network Operators (MTN/Vodacom) and you are now working independently.
You must have operated at an executive level to cut through the noise and deliver the objectives while at the same time managing cross function complexity and the change required.
