The Female Soft Services Supervisor will manage and oversee the delivery of soft services within Misk Schools, primarily focusing on female areas. This role ensures that facilities management (FM) service providers deliver high-quality services in line with contractual obligations and organizational standards. The supervisor will monitor performance, support continuous improvement, and liaise effectively with both internal stakeholders and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Supervision & Monitoring:
Supervise FM service provider staff delivering cleaning, pest control, laundry, waste collection, porterage, and storage services.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of FM service providers, ensuring contractual requirements are met.
Verify implementation of cleaning schedules, service intervals, and quality standards.
Liaise with service provider staff to ensure seamless provision of soft services.
Assist the Soft Services Lead in establishing and monitoring contractor KPIs.
Identify service gaps, propose solutions, and escalate to Soft Services Lead as required.
Receive and act on soft services requests submitted through the Helpdesk.
Coordinate monthly contractor meetings, work schedules, and timetables.
Assess contractor performance against KPIs and provide feedback.
Operational Management:
Support procurement planning and coordination with the Soft Services Lead.
Maintain and verify asset and inventory lists; implement measures to optimize storage and usage.
Ensure daily service delivery aligns with agreed service standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in service delivery processes.
Conduct all activities in accordance with Misk Schools’ policies and Soft Services Lead guidance.
Embed Misk Schools’ culture, ethics, and values in all activities.
Maintain stakeholder focus in all service-related operations.
Apply Health, Safety, and Safeguarding principles across all responsibilities.
Equipment & Consumables Management:
Inspect soft services consumable storages to ensure items are stacked and segregated according to BICSc standards.
Inspect and maintain soft services equipment in compliance with BICSc standards.
Innovate systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.
Flexibility & Additional Duties:
Work flexibly according to the needs of the organization and department.
Undertake additional duties as required by the Soft Services Lead.
Coordinate with building users for any CCAP-related indoor or outdoor activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
BICSc qualification with relevant skill set.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Desirable Experience:
Experience supervising soft services in complex environments.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a similar-sized organization.
Innovative and solution-oriented with sound management capabilities.
Experience working in busy, dynamic, and challenging work environments.
