A busy Hotel and Ocean-facing popular restaurant located on the Wild Coast between KZN and Eastern Cape seeks a strong Pastry Chef to assist the Owner/Exec Chef and Sous Chefs with daily Pastry, confectionery and baking production and operations. The establishment works hard and caters for up to 120 people per meal 3 meals a day as well as their other restaurant that could cater for 200 per sitting. (Central Kitchen serving both areas). We are seeking a dynamic individual who want to make a name for themselves and are willing to work hard and they are prepared to remunerate well.
Formal Culinary and Pastry Qualifications are ideal (From reputable culinary institutions)
Good Pastry, confectionery and baking skills. Finesse with pastry and able to create beautiful baked goods and desserts for the busy Hotel and Separate Restaurants.
Salary / Package
Single Accommodation and meals on duty.
