Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Outbound Business Consultant to manage and grow relationships within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding, consulting, training, and supporting medical practitioners, clinics, and hospitals while identifying opportunities to expand the company's product and service offering. This role requires a strong relationship builder who can deliver exceptional client experiences and act as a trusted business partner to healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and take ownership of an allocated portfolio of healthcare clients.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with medical practitioners, clinics, and hospitals.
- Onboard new clients and provide training on products, services, and processes.
- Conduct client consultations through face-to-face, telephonic, and digital channels.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
- Collaborate with New Business Consultants to drive regional growth and profitability.
- Support the successful conversion of new sales into satisfied, long-term clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records within the CRM system.
- Gather client insights and provide feedback to assist in shaping the company's value proposition.
- Ensure clients consistently receive a remarkable customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric (National Senior Certificate) required; tertiary qualification advantageous.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in client service within the healthcare and/or information technology sectors.
- Minimum 2 years' experience training clients on software products.
- Minimum 2 years' experience upselling products and services to existing clients.
- Minimum 2 years' experience building and managing trusted business relationships.
