PURPOSE
We seek a skilled and meticulous Database Coordinator who will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and uploading recruitment data from various sources to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The role requires the development of a comprehensive dashboard to visualize the recruitment hiring pipeline metrics. This is a fixed-term project role, with an immediate start required for the successful candidate.
KEY OUTCOMES
ATS
- Ensure data quality and integrity in all given tasks and responsibilities.
- Collect, merge and consolidate recruitment-data from applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media, Sharepoint, email and other sources.
- Utilize Excel and Power Query to clean, filter, standardize data by removing irrelevant information, duplicates, addressing missing data, and applying consistent formats.
- Add and update recruitment database ensuring data accuracy.
- Import data from multiple systems and sources the applicant tracking system (ATS)
DASHBOARD
- Develop a recruitment metric dashboard to facilitate presentation of recruitment performance.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, SharePoint, and analytical tools such as MS Excel, Power Query (for data integration and transformation), and Power BI (for data visualization).
- Proven experience and a solid understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Demonstrated data coordination skills, ideally within recruitment or HR environments.
- Strong diligence and commitment to quality work, particularly in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
- Track record of meeting KPIs and being accountable for deliverables.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to leverage previous experience to develop practical and effective solutions.
