This is a unique opportunity for a hospitality professional to take a leading role in delivering world-class, personalised service to guests in a prestigious and exclusive safari environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all guest-facing operations, ensuring that every aspect of a guest’s stay is seamless, memorable, and exceeds expectations. This includes managing complex requests, coordinating with lodge departments, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, personalised service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their needs
- Manage and coordinate guest activities, special requests, and unique experiences
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and high-profile visitors
- Mentor and guide junior concierge staff, ensuring consistent service excellence
- Collaborate with lodge management and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain meticulous records and schedules to guarantee seamless service delivery
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and hospitality
Requirements:
- Strong experience in luxury hospitality environments
- Proven background in senior guest-facing or concierge roles
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
