Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven person to manage the process of
planning, aligning and accomplishing our strategic initiatives.
The company uses Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s) to define and manage
quarterly goals and ensure we are working toward the right outcomes. The ideal
candidate will have some understanding of how to relate long term strategy to
quarterly goals and be able to drive execution of these goals.
Key Responsibilities • Facilitation of Quarterly strategic initiative planning, including review and
retrospective of previous quarter, and forward planning
• Alignment of key objectives between teams and different business units
• Setting up weekly update meetings and ensuring the process runs smoothly
• Administration of our OKR reporting software tool.
• Involvement in management meetings to understand context of strategic
decisions and minute taking.
• Organising and facilitating workshops to drive strategic planning and
adoption
Experience • 3 – 7 years work experience
• Technology industry experience preferable
• Property industry experience preferable
• Project management experience preferable
• Business Development exposure and support/involvement preferable
• Strong communication skills
• Strong people skills
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (Honours preferable)
• Agile, Scrum, SAFe and Project Management certifications advantageous
• Knowledge of OKR’s and Agile Methodologies is beneficial but not
mandatory
