Position Overview
You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while promoting Kraalworks’ suite of services. Your focus will be on sourcing new business, representing our brand with integrity, and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Revenue Growth: Execute targeted outreach and lead generation to sell Kraalworks’ services.
Client Engagement: Conduct needs-based consultations and demos, addressing client pain points.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales funnel and track progress using CRM tools.
Business Development: Proactively prospect and network to uncover new opportunities.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Kraalworks as a trusted, professional partner in all interactions.
Collaboration: Share customer insights with marketing and product teams to refine strategies.
Performance Tracking: Report on sales metrics and adapt tactics to surpass targets.
Requirements
Experience:
3+ years in sales or customer management, with a proven track record.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms, demo software, and analytics tools.
Sales Mastery: Expertise in outbound strategies, SaaS sales, negotiation, and lead qualification.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, adaptability, and a persuasive mindset.
