Requirements:

- Solid design skills.

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
- Serve as the primary point of communication for internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent messaging about Dealer Training Academy services, activities and accomplishments.
- Develop and execute strategic communication plans to increase awareness of the Academy’s value proposition among internal stakeholders.
- Communicate new products, events and achievements to external stakeholders and industry partners across multiple platforms.
- Design and implement an integrated marketing and communications strategy to support the Academy’s brand positioning and outreach.
- Promote the image and core values of the Dealer Training Academy through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
- Actively support and monitor all Academy initiatives, ensuring consistent communication through internal and external media channels.
- Manage multi-channel communications including Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletters, email, video, and digital media.
- Draft and edit scripts for speeches, presentations and audiovisual content for brand training events.
- Distribute executive communications, internal memos and organize briefings to cascade key information.
- Liaise with suppliers to coordinate branded materials and printed collateral for both internal and external audiences.
- Effectively communicate brand messaging and values to all relevant stakeholders.
- Create professional on-brand event invitations using Canva and Adobe design tools.
- Measure and analyze current communications efforts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to generate ideas and execute innovative strategies.
- Compile and present detailed quarterly reports on marketing and communications activities.
Continuous Improvement:
- Apply a continuous improvement mindset to enhance business operations, with a focus on streamlining communication processes and increasing efficiency.
Scope of Work Includes:
- Development and distribution of internal, dealer and NSO quarterly newsletters.
- Execution of the Dealer Network communication strategy as outlined in the Marketing and Communications Plan.
- Preparation of communication-specific presentations and activity reports.
- Tailored communication efforts across platforms for targeted audience groups.
- Reviewing and quality-assuring bulletins that have been pre-drafted with key content.
Out of Scope:
- Preparation of presentations for training launches, awards ceremonies, roadshows or special projects.
- Circulating general day-to-day operational emails to the Dealer Network.
- Graphic design work beyond minor layout tasks (e.g., invitation design using Canva).
