Responsibilities
- Execution of the marketing strategy to timeline and budget
- Achieving ROI on marketing activities
- Deep knowledge of industry and audience needs which is reflected in messaging and efficacy of campaigns
- Customer satisfaction monitoring and measurement
- Maintaining a consistent level of quality output to build the brand
- Continuous learning and development
- Responsible oversight and management of the marketing budget
- Attend events to African countries and assist clients where needed
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in related field
- At least 5 years experience in a marketing manager role
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills
- Analysis and problem-solving
- Strategic formulation and implementation
- Human resources management skills including performance management
- Conflict management including negotiation and mediation
- Influencing and collaboration skills
- Effective verbal and written presentation at all levels
- Relevant marketing related digital tools and software
- Change and project management
- Knowledge of the transport and mining sector would be a plus
