Job Title: Management Consultant

Job Description:

• Leading and delivering consulting engagements end-to-end
  

• Working directly with clients to solve complex operational and commercial challenges
  

• Designing business cases, operating models, and implementation plans
  

• Providing structure, clarity and rigour across client projects
  

• Managing client relationships and independently driving work streams
  

• Working across multiple industries and functions
  

Requirements

Experience:

• Graduate or Apprentice with a minimum of 5 years' experience
  
• At least 3-4 years spent at a recognised consulting organisation (e.g. Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, McKinsey, Bain, BCG, LEK, Oliver Wyman, etc.)
  
• Completion of the firm’s full training programme
  
• Achieved at least one promotion during tenure
  
• Exposure to two or more industries and/or business domains
  
• Demonstrated ability to work remotely and independently
  
  

• Strong analytical, planning and project management skills
  
• Sound understanding of business and commercial practices, including:
  

• Management accounting
  
• P&L and Balance Sheet structures
  
• Financial planning and analysis
  
• Budgeting and corporate reporting
  
• Business case development, including NPV calculations
  

• Knowledge of IT systems and business improvement tools
  
• Experience across the full consulting project lifecycle
  
• High-level communication and presentation skills
  
• Ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision
  
• Capable of liaising with mid- to senior-level client stakeholders
  
  

• Structured and methodical in approach
  
• Highly motivated self-starter
  
• Proactive, resilient and disciplined
  
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity
  
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
