Your responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with stakeholders across business functions
- Work with design resources and/or wireframing solutions
- Create user stories with robust acceptance criteria to capture the needs of stakeholders
- Lead backlog grooming sessions to gather stakeholder feedback
- Contribute to retrospective sessions
- Assist in creating and maintaining product and process documentation
Necessary skills:
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst/Product
- Pro?cient in creating use cases, user stories, process ?ows, swim lanes, wireframes, activity diagrams and Gantt charts
- Ability to work well with the product development team (Developers, QA, Designers, and other BAs) following agile methodologies
- Comfortable collaborating with the business stakeholders to understand their processes and priorities to help identify and deliver solutions in a timely fashion
- Understanding of business analysis, Incremental change prioritization and delivery
- Capturing ambiguous requirements
- Experience leading and facilitating user story grooming and prioritization sessions
- Ability to naturally develop relationships, communicate, engage and in?uence
Desired skills:
- Experience leading and facilitating user story grooming and prioritization sessions
- Understanding of project management processes including writing business cases, project de?nition documents and project approval
- Experience in change management, risk management, bene?ts management and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of JIRA and Con?uence or similar
