About the Role:
A leading luxury hospitality establishment in the Western Cape is looking for an experienced and creative Events Manager to oversee and deliver world-class events. From intimate celebrations to large-scale functions, this role requires someone with exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a flair for luxury guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute high-end events, weddings, and corporate functions.
Manage client relationships, ensuring all expectations are met with personalized service.
Oversee event logistics, including décor, catering, entertainment, and staffing.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote and secure events.
Maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships.
Ensure events reflect the brand’s luxury standards and exceed guest expectations.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Hospitality, or related field.
Proven experience managing luxury events (minimum 3–5 years).
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for curating memorable guest experiences.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
