Travel & Tourism Company based in Bryanston is looking for a Systems Support Specialist to maintain, update and consistently review structures of Tourplan, Extranet and B2B. Ensure the data team adheres to the required structures of the systems. Duties: Content Loading & Rate Management: Ensure Tourplan NX content is loaded according to pre-defined global standards. Assist in checking rates and policies (Tourplan NX and B2B) during peak seasons. Manage Extranet loading and ensure content is loaded according to pre-defined global standards. Loading of Scheduled tours rates Oversee and assist with Systems rate queries from brands/business units (Tourplan NX & B2B) via ticketing system Facilitate rate imports Establish the process of implementing AI Agents to improve departmental work processes, i.e. Contract Comparison, rate checking (TDM Template vs DPC). Support & Training: Support all other Tourplan sites, loading teams with Tourplan NX/Extranet systems and processes. Assist both Content Admin and Contracting teams with queries on how product should be loaded into the relevant system, escalating to BI & systems when needed Weekly Friday Forum Training for Content Admin and Contracting Specialists regarding Tourplan and Extranet loading Run and drive weekly Wednesday AI and automation meetings, sharing all progress with everyone in the forum. Requirements: Matric Tourism/Travel Management diploma Rates and contracting understanding STO vs. BAR rates, allocations vs. freesell, seasons, specials, overrides, etc. Product knowledge, awareness of how tours, itineraries, transfers, and accommodation are packaged Tourplan NX / Tourplan TB proficiency Database knowledge, understanding how data is structured and flows through the system Understanding of Systems integration and channel Managers Excel and reporting tools, strong Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups) and exposure to BI tools, to audit and analyses data Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, attention to detail A mature approach when dealing with people Ability to handle controversial or emotional issues objectively and analytically Capacity for dealing with employers and workers at all levels Confidentiality; tact and discretion when dealing with people Excellent planning, Organisational, analytical and decision-making skills Good conflict resolution skills Good oral and written communication skills Integrity and Honesty Good command of written and spoken English Good interpersonal skills Project Management skills Good Problem-solving skills Excellent Organisational skills Negotiation and liaison ability Research; Organisational and presentation skills
