The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process while providing a professional and personalised service to both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from receiving the vacancy to successful placement

• Obtain and understand detailed job specifications from clients

• Draft and publish professional job advertisements

• Source suitable candidates through advertising, database searches, networking and headhunting

• Screen, interview and shortlist candidates

• Prepare professional candidate profiles and referral documentation

• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates

• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process

• Manage candidate feedback and the offer process

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on company systems

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates

• Work towards and achieve monthly placement and performance targets

• Collaborate with the team to ensure a high standard of service delivery

Minimum requirements

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a human resources, recruitment or related environment

• A valid driver’s license and own reliable motor vehicle

• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and candidates at all levels

• Strong computer literacy and administrative skills

• Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies, candidates and deadlines simultaneously

• A strong team player who can also work independently

• Target-driven, accountable and results-focused
