Job Summary
Our client, a leading private education group is seeking an experienced HR Officer/Manager to support their dynamic school environment. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and staff development while promoting a positive and professional workplace culture.
Minimum requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Own vehicle
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Degree/Diploma in HR Management or Industrial Psychology
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an HR Generalist or managerial role
- Previous experience within an educational or school environment is ESSENTIAL
- Proficient in MS Office, Payroll systems and HR systems
Required skills:
- Knowledge of labor legislation and Human Resource best practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization
- Professionalism
- Confidentiality
Remuneration:
R 20 000 - R 30 000 Cost to Company, depending on experience
