DDQ & Reporting Specialist
Our client believes the appointment of a reporting resource with appropriate experience and qualifications will allow it to support the increase in business demand.
Role function:
- Position within the distribution team, principally as a Reporting & DDQ Specialist.
- The Reporting Specialist will report to Head of Distribution Services who reports into the Head of Distribution.
- The purpose of the role is to contribute to and promote robust reporting procedures across the investment management business to create an efficient, responsive and process driven distribution team.
- EE candidate preferred.
Qualifications and experience:
- Appropriate finance qualification, BCom (Hons) preferred.
- Self-driven with 1-3 years working in distribution / client reporting in the fund management industry.
- Familiarity with DDQ content management.
- Strong communicator and team player.
- High attention to detail.
- Relevant computer skills.
Role outputs:
Perspective: Process:
- Responsible for all DDQ requests, specialist investment reports, ad hoc questionnaires, and similar within the distribution team.
- Manage the completion of questionnaires/reports by liaising with the various stakeholders.
- Complete the quarterly UCITS/Regulatory board reports.
- Support the ESG analyst to report on ESG matters and the development / completion of all ESGsuite of reports.
- Checking of more advanced client queries, ad-hoc reports and other ad-hoc tasks be a wider support to distribution team.
