ROLE OVERVIEW
The Hotel Manager supports the General Manager in managing all aspects of property operations. This is a hands-on, operational role requiring presence across departments to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee daily operations across all departments
• Lead Hosts and the supervisory team
• Ensure seamless service delivery
• Manage guest experience and service recovery
• Maintain operational standards
• Support team development
• Assist with cost control
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• 3–5 years’ experience in a senior operational role
• Boutique or luxury hotel experience preferred
• Strong leadership and hands-on approach
• Guest-focused and detail-oriented
• Calm under pressure with strong communication skills
• Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera Cloud advantageous
KEY ATTRIBUTES
• Operational role, not office-based
• Requires flexibility, including weekends
• Suited to detail-driven environments
