Role Overview: A highly guest-facing, hands-on role responsible for ensuring a seamless guest journey, supporting daily hotel operations, and maintaining exceptional service standards across all departments during shift. ? Key Responsibilities: ✨ Guest Experience & Hosting • Take full ownership of in-house guest experience during shift • Welcome and engage guests in a professional, warm manner • Anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive service • Manage special occasions, requests, and guest preferences • Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism • Maintain a visible and consistent hosting presence throughout the hotel ? Operational Oversight • Oversee Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Spa during shift • Ensure smooth operational flow during peak service periods • Support and guide team members on the floor • Step in operationally where required to maintain service excellence • Coordinate effectively across all departments ⭐ Service Standards & Attention to Detail • Uphold luxury service standards at all times • Monitor room presentation, public areas, and guest spaces • Maintain ambiance (lighting, cleanliness, music, setup, etc.) • Conduct regular property walkthroughs during shift ? Team Leadership & Support • Lead by example with professionalism and presence • Support and guide junior team members on shift • Assist with training and on-the-floor development • Ensure clear communication between departments ? Administrative & Systems (Secondary Focus) • Assist with front office systems and POS where required • Support daily reporting and shift handovers • Assist with night audit and end-of-day procedures when scheduled • Maintain guest preference and feedback records ? Health, Safety & Compliance • Ensure safe, clean, and compliant working environment • Follow all operational policies and procedures • Prioritise guest and staff safety at all times ?
